Snow - February 2009

OVERNIGHT snowfalls in early February 2009 brought pleasure to many and misery to a few. Schools, shops and offices were closed, roads made dangerous and pavements treacherous while refuse collections were cancelled. Here are a few of the scenes from in and around Bourne as a reminder that although our winters are usually mild, they can often be severe.
